The Western Union abusing process is easy:
* Ask someone to transfer some money to himself;
* Ask him his MTCN (Money Tranfer Control Number) to check whether the transfer happened;
* Go to any Western Union office and withdraw the money using the MTCN. The MTCN is enough to physically withdraw money (more informations are needed for online transfers).

The only thing which may go wrong is the victim withdrawing the money before the scammer, in which case the MTCN will be invalidated.
